In many aspects, CE is similar to the popular Mind Blast Assassin. Infinity RW on merc provides a great boost to the build, allowing to easily break almost all fire immunes when coupled with Lower Resist. It will probably not perform well at lower levels, and should be respecced at around level 80+. This build is heavily dependent on gear and is quite expensive. If you want to see the entire screen of monsters suddenly fall to the ground without a hint of what happened aside from a small pool of blood exploding in the center, then you will love this build. I have always been a fan of the Corpse explosion in Diablo 2.
